During this period, the fire risk is high Therefore, the decoration stage of the exhibition should be taken as the focus of fire prevention and attached great importance to it

(1) The fire safety work during the preparation, installation and exhibition period of the exhibition shall be jointly undertaken by the host unit and the unit renting the site. The fire responsibility system, post responsibility system and fire organization shall be established for unified management. The key parts shall be regularly inspected and measures shall be implemented to ensure safety.

(2) Woodworking machines such as electric saws and planers shall be set outdoors for operation. If they must be set indoors, fire prevention work shall be strengthened and shavings, sawdust and other wastes shall be cleaned in time. During winter construction, fire management shall be strengthened. During painting and spraying, good ventilation shall be maintained. There shall be no open fire around. It is strictly prohibited to operate at the same time and in the same place with gas welding and electric welding. Inflammable and dangerous goods such as paints and thinners shall be stored in a safe place outside the exhibition area. Forklift trucks and battery trucks handling goods should always check whether the brushes and circuits are in good contact. The exhaust pipe of forklift engines should be equipped with fire covers. After use, they should stop outside the museum. Generally, cars are not allowed to enter the museum. Electric welding and gas welding shall strictly comply with fire prevention requirements.

(3) The exhibits such as booth, display board, exhibition equipment and model shall be arranged in a circular channel. The total area of exhibits shall not exceed 1/3 of the area of the exhibition hall, and the channel width shall not be less than 3m.

(4) The length of display boards and charts in large exhibition halls shall not exceed 20m, the height shall not exceed 3.5m, and the distance from the rear wall shall not be less than 60cm for maintenance and inspection.

(5) The display boards, cabinets and exhibits shall not be placed in places that block the fire hydrants or the Taiping doors, so as to ensure the safe evacuation and fire extinguishing of personnel in case of fire.

(6) The open-air exhibition shall have a circular fire lane, and the end type fire lane shall be set with a return lane or an area of not less than 15m × 15m return yard. The width of the fire lane shall not be less than 3.5m. If there are advertisements and Arc de Triomphe on the upper part of the road, the clear height shall not be less than 4m.

(7) Mechanical exhibits, such as diesel locomotives, automobiles, tractors and various gasoline and diesel engines, shall be displayed outdoors. The fuel in the fuel tank shall not exceed the amount used for starting in one day. If it is displayed indoors, it shall not be operated or maintained. No oil shall be stored in the oil tank and the battery shall be removed.

(8) Inflammable, explosive, corrosive, highly toxic, oxidant and other hazardous chemicals shall not be displayed in kind, but can be replaced by non combustible, non hazardous and models.

(9) The storage volume of articles sold in the exhibition shall not exceed the sales volume of the day.

(10) Booths, panels, charts and electric models shall be made of wood and other combustible materials as little as possible; If wooden materials are used, they shall be treated for fire prevention. Petrochemical products shall not be used.

(11) All curtains, decorative ribbons, flags and other cotton fabrics in the exhibition hall shall be subject to fire protection treatment.
